You can sign the form digitally or download, print-fill-scan or digitally fill, and email it to info@hollandparkmedia.com and if you have any questions, please ask our crew member who asked you to sign the form.
What is a Model Release?
Know your rights, don't be surprised
A model release is a legal agreement that allows us to photograph, film, or record someone and use that material responsibly. It exists to protect everyone involved. For us, it provides clarity on how content can be used. For you, it ensures transparency about what you are agreeing to and how your image, voice, or likeness may appear.
By signing a model release, you give informed consent for the use of the material in agreed contexts, such as websites, publications, social media, or other communication linked to our work and our clients’ projects. This does not mean unlimited or careless use. We commit to using all material professionally and ethically, without intent to misrepresent, embarrass, or harm anyone involved.
You always retain your personal rights. Your data is handled in line with applicable privacy and data protection laws, and you have the right to ask questions, request clarification, or raise concerns at any point. If something is unclear, we would rather explain it properly than rush you through the process.
