We approach corporate video production as a process of understanding before execution. Every organisation has its own culture, pace, and way of communicating, and those factors shape how we design the video, the workflow, and the production setup. From the outset, we look at what the video needs to communicate, who it is for, and where it will be used, whether internally, externally, or across multiple platforms.
This approach allows us to make deliberate choices around tone, format, and production value. Rather than defaulting to generic corporate styles, we adapt our process to what fits the organisation best. That might mean a lightweight interview-based setup, or a more structured production involving multiple locations and contributors. Throughout the process, we focus on clarity, efficiency, and creating a video that feels authentic rather than staged.



Understanding the Organisation

Every video starts with getting to know the organisation behind it. This includes working with existing brand guidelines, meeting with leadership or key team members where possible, and researching how the organisation presents itself internally and externally. We take time to understand values, objectives, and communication challenges before shaping the story.
This phase includes concept development, scripting, interview preparation, shotlists, location scouting, and production planning. By doing this work upfront, we ensure that production days are efficient and focused, and that everyone involved understands what is being created and why.
Production with Purpose
Technical control with room for real moments.
Production is where preparation meets execution. Our in house team manages both direction and technical setup, including camera work, lighting, sound, and on site coordination. We come in with a clear plan, but stay open to spontaneous moments that reflect the organisation as it really is.
Corporate videos work best when people feel comfortable and environments are captured naturally. Our role is to create the right conditions for that to happen while maintaining technical consistency and quality. Whether filming interviews, workplace environments, or day to day operations, we focus on calm execution and clear communication on set.


Shaping the Final Story
Refined, considered, and built to last.
Post production is where the video takes its final form. Editing, colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, and animation are used to support the message and tone rather than distract from it. We focus on pacing, clarity, and consistency, making sure the final video works across its intended platforms.
We work in partnership with our clients throughout post production, with clear review moments and space for feedback. The result is a corporate video that feels honest, professional, and usable over time, rather than something that only works for a single launch moment.
